Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup

I would recommend watching every 9/11 documentary available Lots of the original news reports we saw that week have faded from our memories and have not been revisited by the media outlets. The eye witness interviews paint a picture much different than the official story.

If you already watched the first Zeitgeist movie then you have had an introduction to some of the inconsistencies of the official narrative. My personal favorite controversy is Building 7 and how the media was told it was down when you can still see it standing in the film footage behind the news reporters. "Something is rotten in Denmark" for sure. Maybe in 40 years we will know more.

Watch the movie, spend a few more hours (days, weeks, months, years....) researching documents and watch a few more documentaries on 9/11 and form your own conclusions. One thing is for certain, this tragedy was not wasted and ushered in the Patriot Act where our rights eroded once again.

Oh, and do look up the significance of document called: "Rebuilding America's Defenses - Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century". I located this document/report and it's available for you to read here:

(The report was published in September 2000)

"Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor. Domestic politics and industrial policy will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions. "

Robert Kagan, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is currently headed by Jessica Mathews:

Take a look at her biography: CFR, Trilateral Commission, Rockefeller...

It's all a giant club. Interesting?

GasHole

An unsettling wake-up call to all Americans, this documentary dissects the country's dependence on foreign pipelines, exposes rich oil companies' devious dealings, and explores alternative fuels as a viable solution to our global energy crisis. Narrated by actor Peter Gallagher, the film includes interviews with government officials, scientific experts, academics and politicians from both sides of the aisle.

Speaking Freely: Vol. 1: John Perkins

If you have seen Zeitgeist - The Movie, you have already had a introduction to John Perkins. I found his testimony fascinating and wanted more.

Author and former economic consultant John Perkins takes aim at himself, confessing his shameful role in helping organizations such as World Bank and the IMF drive poor nations into crippling debt while enriching U.S. corporations. His social conscience awakened, Perkins finally got fed up and quit his job. Now, he runs a successful nonprofit group that works to help indigenous peoples protect and strengthen their environments and cultures.

The Union: The Business Behind Getting High

First heard of Filmmaker Adam Scorgie on the Joe Rogan Podcast and decided to watch this documentary on a industry I don't make any claims to know much about. It was a real eye opener - especially about the origins of hemp and how prevalent it was in our earlier history. One of the best open minded cannabis documentaries out there.

Also check out Adam Scorgie on the JRE: http://blog.joerogan.net/archives/5013 from 6/30/2012.

Declassified: Human Experimentation

Pointing to pages upon pages of recently declassified material dating back to 1945, this unsettling History Channel documentary chronicles the U.S. government's often-secretive attempts to use humans as test subjects. Long concealed by claims of national security, the practice of human experimentation in America is now out in the open -- and open to debate. Is experimenting on humans without their knowledge ever justifiable?

A real eye-opener - do you think experiments like these have stopped in recent decades? Though not very in depth, does still provide past examples where these kinds of experiments were carried out on the unsuspecting populations. A good primer to the movie: "What in the World are they Spraying"

Farmageddon

Disturbing stories from small, local Farmers who are bullied by the big corporations and government - Mafia style. "An excellent eye opener on the illegality of the "legal" system when it comes to food and small business farming."

Americans' right to access fresh, healthy foods of their choice is under attack. Farmageddon tells the story of farms that were providing safe, healthy foods to their communities and were forced to stop, sometimes through violent action, by agents of misguided government bureaucracies.  The movie succinctly poses and addresses the question “why is this happening in 21st century America?”

Infinity - The Ultimate Trip

I just love all the individual stories told here by various people - especially Renate Dollinger (the Artist). Each time I watched this film, I would always pick out different things I didn't get previously. I've found online at this website but copies seem to come and go:
